I made presents!
For my best friend’s boys:
A skull hat with flames. It’s not nearly as cool as a final product as the idea was in my head.
A mohawk hat. Every bit as cool as I had hoped it would be!
A dinosaur hoodie. I only made the spikes, but I love it all the same.
There is also some homemade cleaning products and knit cleaning clothes… but those aren’t very impressive.
I have one more hat to make, and a whole lot of wrapping. Serious wrapping to do. My closet is filled with packages, and my grandmother who is in Arizona sent me all the presents for the family to wrap and distribute. Oh yeah, and a house that has been wildly neglected needs some serious cleaning. A day in Seattle on Sunday and a date* tomorrow night. And baking! There is baking to be done!
Seriously, where did the entire month of December go?
*A first date. One that is turning me from a normally confident and intelligent woman into a superficial and stupid girl. I am obsessing about things that I never think about. Like shaved legs and clothes! And it’s lame.
