Hmm.  This one was chosen because it was based in a small Washington town, and Seattle.

The thing I hate about reading books that are set in areas that I know is, I know when the author is wrong.  Twice she mentioned that the main character would be able to be home by tomorrow, or she’d drive, spend the night, and get there in the morning.  But.  The thing is, even though the towns in the story were fictional, except Seattle, there isn’t anywhere in the state of Washington that would take THAT long to get to.

Otherwise the story was a silly romance.  She whole, I love you, but I really, really don’t want to.  And a happily ever after.  Of course.

The voice of the author is definitely older,  it’s not written in language that anyone I know would use, let alone me.  Which makes it kind of hard to really accept or like the characters much.
