I adore her books, and my son and I both find frequent references to her characters in our conversations. And that sort of thing, makes up some of my proudest Mommy Moments. Because dude, my kid makes literary references. At five.

I think I love this author.
Don’t have the book in front of me, because I am lame, but it was an incredible love story. About real love, the gut-wrenching but beautiful love… not romance novel love.
